How long is processing time?
I try my best to get your order packed and ready for shipping as soon as possible, please allow 3-7 business days for you order to be processed.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping with Canada Post typically takes 5-10 business days. Keep in mind that Canada Post can get backed up during holiday season and as a result some packages may be delayed.
Do you ship internationally?
I only ship within Canada and the United States right now
What is the return/exchange policy?
Unfortunately due to the nature of my products I don’t accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note that Ayan Naturals is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is inputted correctly.
Are your products handmade?
Yes, all the products I sell are handmade in small batches to ensure freshness.
My product arrived a little melted, can I still use it?
Our body butters, body scrubs, hair mask are made with natural butters that are melted and then whipped to achieve the fluffy soft consistency. Depending on external temperatures and warmer climates, some of our products might melt during transit. If this occurs, the benefits of our products are still active and you can pop it into the fridge, it’ll harden right back up.
How long can I use my products after opening?
Our products can last up to 12 months after opening, as long as they’re kept in the recommended storage conditions.
How should I store my products?
It is advised to store all Ayan Naturals product in a cool dry space. Keep lids on products after each use
